I have never had a issue and the updated add on like direct payments and connections to VRBO and booking.com are great! Pros: I have been using rezStream for about 6 years now and I love the ease of use, the layout, the abilities to control certain aspects of reservations. Overall this is the best platform that I have used for our cabin rentals. Cons: I least liked figuring out separating group reservations. Overall: Overall, my experience with rezStream was positive. The system was reliable, easy to learn, and helped streamline our day-to-day operations—from managing reservations to handling guest communications. While there were a few limitations in terms of customization and integrations, it served our small property well and improved efficiency. Pros: Its Very efficient!
