The September 2019 release of the rezStream Cloud features real-time updates, a long-awaited and highly requested feature from our users. Real-time updates make the rezStream Cloud PMS even faster and easier to use. New reservations and reservation changes will automatically appear on your screen with zero effort on your part. No more slow, manual refreshing or navigating back and forth in order to see the latest updates and changes!
New reservations and updates to existing reservations from any source (other PMS users, your Booking Engine and Online Travel Agents) will all automatically appear in real-time. For you folks that like to keep an eye on reservations as they happen, new reservations made by other users or from external sources will also appear in the toolbar and can be easily accessed by clicking the maroon notification bell icon.
Below is an example demonstrating a guest making a reservation via the Mobile Booking Engine and that reservation appearing on the Occupancy Map and in the notification bell in real-time.

Finally, in addition to what we've shown so far, if you are viewing or editing a Reservation or an Invoice and a change is made by another user on the system, those screens will also give you a notification letting you know there were changes and give you a simple link to quickly update your view in order to see those changes as soon as you are ready.
